Outstanding Problem Resolution! We live out of state and ordered my engagement ring with Everett. The ring we received was two sizes smaller than what was ordered. The problem was with the manufacturer. Everett's owner, Todd, and sales rep, Melissa, went out of their way to correct the problem. They ordered a new ring from the manufacture and sent me to a local jewelry store to have the ring in my possession resized while I waited several weeks for the new ring. They paid for the resize and shipping, and offered a gift card for gas money. Their concern for my satisfaction was apparent at every turn, including flower delivery and a gift. Every business runs into issues on occasion. Everett's response and resolution reflects their dedication to customer service.

Everett has been a great place to purchase from. I got my wifes engagement ring here last July. The process was so easy and they were extremely helpful. We came back the day before our wedding day to get her ring cleaned and buy some small wedding gifts. Everyone is always friendly and even gave my wife a bag with champagne, ring cleaner, and a ring box for our wedding. Hands down the best jewelry store in Shreveport/Bossier

Great friendly service! Went in for a repair on a couple of gold rope chains. Took just a few days and they were returned looking brand new.
