Before Diamonds, There Were Lawns
Todd Everett’s first business didn’t involve diamonds—it started with a lawnmower and a dream. At just nine years old, while other kids were asking for video games and toys, Todd asked for a lawnmower for Christmas. Why? So he could start mowing lawns and making his own money. With a little push (pun intended) from his dad, who taught him to take pride in doing things right, treat people fairly, and let quality speak for itself, that childhood lawn service turned into his first taste of entrepreneurship

Fast forward a few years, and Todd found himself working for a big jewelry chain. While he loved helping people find something special, he quickly realized something was missing. The rings all looked the same, the prices were sky-high, and if you wanted to customize something? Good luck. It just didn’t sit right with him. He knew there had to be a better way to help people celebrate their love stories.
