While a 7x7MM round white Pearl rests inside the drop shape cutout, 4 pave set round cut diamonds embellish the arm extension. A milgrain border adds a highlighting touch to the extended arm. Carrying the pendant is a 1.00MM cable chain that comes included with it. Both pendant and chain are styled in silver. Total diamond weight is 1/50 ctw.
