Yes, we change watch batteries and size watch bands! We work on quartz watches only—mechanical watches are sent to a trusted outside repair shop.

Yes, we provide a limited one-year warranty on all repairs. This warranty covers both workmanship and materials used during the repair. If any issues arise within this period, simply return the item for evaluation and rework if needed.

To qualify for warranty coverage, the full recommended scope of work must be completed at Everett Jewelry.

Absolutely! We clean and inspect your jewelry at no charge. If your piece needs extra care, we may ask you to leave it with us for up to an hour.
